Make Your Own Seasonings and Mixes

Recently I posted about trying Greek Seasoning for the first time. Several folks commented that they had never heard of it before either. It's good and I recommend it. You can buy your own or you can use this recipe to make your own at Recipe Source!

I love making as much of what I cook and bake as I can. I'm BIG on *make your own* if you can at all. More often than not, it's money-saving. Also, more often than not, making your own is a healthier option. So many times, if you read a label (or try to read a label) there are words as long as your arm that I have NO idea what they mean! :)

If you're interested in making your own seasonings and mixes, you've gotta go HERE! Here's just a sampling of the *make your own* recipes you'll find:

This lists just a few....there are 331 recipes for mixes and seasonings alone! Go see for yourself! :)
